Customers are responsible for ensuring: Accurate address and contact information is provided Access to the property is available at the scheduled time Pets are secured if necessary Personal belongings and valuables are properly stored If our cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply. Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the booking method used. Cancellations and Rescheduling We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Each cleaner is insured and responsible for any damages or missing items during service. Music Citi Cleaners also carries its own insurance coverage. Our Cleaners operates as a referral service that connects clients with independent cleaning contractors who are vetted before being assigned to a job Customers are responsible for securing valuables before the cleaning appointment. Independent Contractors Cleaning services are be performed by independent cleaning professionals contracted through Music Citi Cleaners.
